Phase 1 · Find the real problem

Pick the one repeat task to fix first

Nov 17, 2026. Rank the repeat tasks red, amber, or green. Choose one to fix.

S02

Test a prompt on six sample rows before trusting it

Nov 20, 2026. Write the expected result first. Run one prompt on six sample rows. Fix the prompt, or stop.

Result: a six-row check log

S03

Mark the bad dates on a copy, never the original

Nov 24, 2026. Work on a copy. Mark all 8 bad date formats. Leave the original file alone.

Result: a clean working copy

Phase 2 · Read documents and build the first workflow

Try five prompts on emails, invoices, and orders

Nov 27, 2026. Keep only the prompts that match the source documents. Progress check on the task you chose in Session 1.

Result: five tested prompts

S05

Send reminders to the owner, or to a backup

Dec 1, 2026. A new row emails the owner. If no owner is listed, the backup gets the email.

Result: a reminder flow on the sandbox

S06

Flag errors instead of failing quietly

Dec 4, 2026. Read an invoice. Write it to a sheet. Flag any mismatch. Progress check 2.

Result: a flag when the rows do not match, plus a person who checks it.

Phase 3 · Collect data from the front line

Log requests in a form, not a shared spreadsheet

Dec 8, 2026. Colleagues log one request without touching the master sheet. Optional: if the form saves before minute 70, add three counts: rows in, rows out, difference.

Result: one saved form row

Count the rows in and the rows out.

Dec 11, 2026. Run a counting script on a copy. A web app is not required.

Phase 4 · Write the plan and demo it

Write a one-page plan and a simple test

Dec 15, 2026. Save one unchanged line first. Name the owner and the backup. Progress check 3. Hours stay a class example, not a measured saving.

Before you enroll

Do I need to write code?

No. The AI writes the script. The operator runs it and checks the counts against the source file.

What if my company blocks AI tools?

You can still join. You rank work red, amber, or green. You practice in the An Phat Warehouse Sandbox. Do not paste company files into an AI chat.

Can I get a refund or move cohorts?

No upfront payment. You pay after Session 1, and there is no refund after payment. Telling us before Session 1 moves you once to the next cohort.
